The Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront was the first phase of the 31Ocean mixed-use project that revitalized and anchored the north end of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront with a hotel, park with entertainment stage and public restrooms, office space, dining, retail, apartment homes, parking and infrastructure improvements.
The Hilton Virginia Beach Hotel, which was developed in partnership with the City of Virginia Beach to include a public park, public art, parking and retail space. The hotel included 3 signature restaurants; Catch 31, Salacia Seafood and Steaks, and the rooftop bar, Skybar. The hotel is an ideal venue for meetings, conferences, and special events. It offers flexible event space and a large ballroom with modern technology to ensure successful gatherings.
